Who we are
The Parent Ledger is operated by Stack Studio, a trade name of Velora Alta LLC (Wyoming, USA). Questions about privacy go to support@theparentledger.com.
What we store
Your account email, your name if you give one, the records you enter (expenses, payments, journal entries, events, parenting time and your children's names), and the files you attach.
Where it's stored
In our cloud database and in private file storage. Files are never publicly reachable; they open only through short-lived private links.
Who can see it
Only you, the account holder. We don't share your records with the other parent or anyone else.
Photos and files
When you attach a photo, The Parent Ledger keeps your original file exactly as you uploaded it, unchanged. For viewing, it makes a separate copy with camera and location details removed.
No selling, no ads
We don't sell your data, and we don't show ads.
ChatGPT and Claude
If you connect ChatGPT or Claude, the records you ask about are sent to that assistant. What happens to them there is covered by that company's own privacy terms.
Deleting everything
Go to Settings, then Delete my account. This permanently removes your records, your files and your sign-in.
